Your day, start to finish

Every wedding package includes a concept meeting to plan your layout, flow, and vision.

Full vendor coordination (photographer, florals, caterer, DJ, and more). A designated drop-off time before your wedding day for decor and personal items.

Ivory linens with neutral alternatives available. A private bridal suite with a full-length mirror, mimosa bar, and a light snack arrangement.

A printed welcome sign with your names and details, designed and sent to print by us.

Your guests greeted on arrival, coats taken, and shared spaces kept tidy throughout. An on-site coordinator managing the timeline, vendors, and every detail from start to finish. Personal items and decor packed up at the end and ready for pickup.

The Ceremony and Reception package also includes a 30-minute final details meeting closer to your date and a full room flip from ceremony to reception configuration.

Ceremony Only — $1,500

The ceremony space set up exactly as planned, your rehearsal scheduled and run by our coordinator, a private bridal suite with mimosa bar, full vendor coordination, and an on-site coordinator managing every detail from start to finish.

Reception Only — $2,700

The reception space set up and ready before your guests arrive, a private bridal suite with mimosa bar, full vendor coordination, an on-site coordinator for the evening, and the space available from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Ceremony and Reception — $3,500

Everything from both packages, plus a 30-minute final details meeting closer to your date and a full room flip from ceremony to reception configuration.

Every package also includes ivory linens with neutral alternatives available, a printed welcome sign designed and sent to print by us, guest greeting on arrival, coat service, and complete cleanup at the end of the evening.

Couples bring their own officiant. The Loft is developing relationships with local officiants for future availability.

OFFICIANT:

Rehearsal dinner starts at $399, with catering and bar priced separately. An enhanced bridal suite champagne upgrade is available on request, as is a bridal suite grazing board.

Additional signage including seating charts, table numbers, and bar menus can be arranged and is priced per piece on request.

FAQ

How many guests can we accommodate?

We can comfortably accommodate up to 45 guests with a mix of rectangular and high-top tables for a variety of setups. For standing receptions the space holds more. Reach out and we'll help you figure out the right setup for your event.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

Located at 200–427 5 St South, we offer convenient parking options. Street parking is available with a 3-hour paid limit.

For evening and weekend events, parking downtown is free after 4 PM and all weekend long!

Do you allow outside food & beverages?

You're welcome to bring your own food. For alcohol, a liquor license and certified ProServe bartender are required in accordance with AGLC regulations. For larger events we recommend a quick call to talk through the kitchen space and what you'll need.

How far in advance should we book?

We're already booking weddings into 2027, but we'd always rather connect early. If you're in the early stages of planning, reach out so we can talk through your date, guest count, and what kind of support you're looking for.
