From the moment you book to the moment your last guest leaves, our team is with you.

The Loft is available for celebrations and hosted events of all kinds. Bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, galas, and community events. You bring the vision, we handle the rest.

THE SPACE COMES READY

Full furniture setup and teardown, surround sound, a 75-inch presentation screen, and access to the kitchenette and washrooms throughout.

An event coordinator is on call for the entire duration... for the tech, the unexpected, and everything in between.

WHAT COMES STANDARD

Before your event, we'll get on a call to walk through your vision, layout, and logistics. Nothing gets confirmed until you're comfortable with the plan. On the day itself, you'll do a full walkthrough before a single guest arrives. Your coordinator is on site from the moment doors open to the moment the last bag goes out the door.

SERVICE & CATERING

Bar packages are available as an add-on, from a curated beer and wine selection to a full bar with signature cocktails. Light snack options can be added as well, and for anything more substantial, we coordinate catering on your behalf. Ask us when you inquire.

Coordinated events start at $1,499 for up to four hours, available any day of the week including weekends. Need more time? Additional hours are $149 each.

Snacks & Catering

Light snacks and catering are available as an add-on for any event. All bookings include non-alcoholic refreshments at no extra charge.

For full catering, we work with trusted local vendors and handle every detail on your behalf. We know who to call, how to set it up, and how to make sure it lands well on the day. Ask us when you inquire.

Bar Service

A bar package is available as an add-on for any event. All packages include non-alcoholic refreshments, bar setup, glassware, ice, and mixers.

Beer and wine — $9 per person per hour
Beer, wine and spirits — $11.50 per person per hour
Full bar with cocktails — $14 per person per hour, includes 3 signature cocktails

Additional options available on request: premium spirits, sparkling wine, mocktail packages, custom cocktails, and more. Ask us when you inquire.

Intimate, Sophisticated Weddings

From your first planning call to the final pack-up, we take care of everything so you can be fully present on your day. Every wedding package is built around your guest count, your vision, and the level of support you want... whether that's a venue with someone on call or full end-to-end planning.

A year-end celebration, a company milestone, a day that reminds everyone why they show up. The Loft's corporate program is built around those moments.

FAQ

How many guests can we accommodate?

We can comfortably accommodate up to 45 guests with a mix of rectangular and high-top tables for a variety of setups. For standing receptions the space holds more. Reach out and we'll help you figure out the right setup for your event.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

Located at 200–427 5 St South, we offer convenient parking options. Street parking is available with a 3-hour paid limit.

For evening and weekend events, parking downtown is free after 4pm and all weekend.

What does a coordinated event cost?

Coordinated events start at $1,499 for up to 4 hours, with additional time available at $149 per hour. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Reach out for full booking and cancellation details.

Wedding packages are priced separately and built around your specific day. Inquire for details.

Do you allow outside food & beverages?

You're welcome to bring your own food. For alcohol, a liquor license and certified ProServe bartender are required in accordance with AGLC regulations. For larger events we recommend a quick call to talk through the kitchen space and what you'll need.
