One of our experienced event coordinators oversees the planning
and execution of your celebration, so you can simply arrive & enjoy.
Starting at $1,499 for up to 4 hours
Additional hours: $149 each
Two Ways to Host:
every rental includes:
- 75" presentation screen and remote
- Surround sound system
- A venue host on call for the duration of your event
- A final walkthrough at the end of your booking
- Private use of our main space
- Access to the kitchenette and washroom
- Tables and chairs, set up and taken down by our team
- A walkthrough with an event coordinator on arrival to confirm your layout and test the technology
coordinated events also include:
- A planning call to walk through your vision, layout, and logistics
- Coordination of up to three vendors, including your caterer
- A dedicated coordinator on site from the moment doors open until your last guest leaves
Events that run past 10pm are subject to a late-night rate of $149 per hour, which will increase the total cost of half-day and full-day bookings.
