- Discounted Day Passes for Groups. Bring your board, staff, or committee in to cowork for the day. GIVE members receive a $5 discount per person, bringing the rate down to $10 per seat (regularly $15). Ideal for groups who want to meet casually in a shared, open space.
- Exclusive Use of the Coworking Space. Need the whole space to yourself? Groups of 8 or more can reserve the entire coworking area at a member rate: $175 during daytime hours (regular rate), $125 for after-hours bookings (5:30 to 8:00 p.m.) GIVE members receive 15% off these rates, making it easier to host private meetings, trainings, or planning sessions in a professional setting.

Which amenities are included?
Coworking at the Loft on 5th is $15 for a single day pass, with discounts available for bundles of 10 or 20 passes.
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
What's the co-working fee? What are your hours?
The main co-working area is a bright, open space. Think of it like a really productive coffee shop with super Wi-Fi and extra comfy chairs. People are there to get work done, but also to connect with others and maybe even find new opportunities — a place where you can be independent, but not isolated.
Private offices offer dedicated rooms for individuals or small teams, providing privacy and quiet. It's your own space to focus and make calls, but you're still connected to the vibrant coworking community just outside. The best of both worlds!
